A Team Based Approach

We strongly believe that a highly professional team-based approach to each assignment is vital in achieving successful outcomes. Each client will have a dedicated Relationship Director and at the start of each assignment an assignment team will be nominated. Each person will have a clear role and explicit goals.

Our relationship with each of our clients is managed by a nominated Relationship Director. This will be a senior member of our consulting team who understands your business, competitor environment and needs in detail. They will be your principal point of contact, your business champion, your search adviser and guru, and they will ensure that your needs are properly addressed within our team.

For each specific assignment a lead consultant will be appointed and this may be your Relationship Director, or it could be another consultant who has specific expertise to offer. This lead consultant will structure the assignment to assure optimal outcomes, lead the research and candidate identification process, conduct interviews, select the shortlist for the client and manage the assignment to successful outcome. On a complex assignment one or more other consultants may be appointed to the assignment team.

Depending on the complexity of an assignment, one or more named researchers and a project administrator will also be assigned. The researcher(s) will conduct the detailed research on the assignment, identifying and approaching sources and potential candidates for review with the lead consultant.
